Who we are
Mycelios Games LLC (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) runs this website and decides how the information collected through it is used. Questions about this notice: contact@myceliosgames.com.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the mycelios.co website, its contact form, our email updates, and feedback about Too Much / Not Enough that you send us through the site or by email.
It does not cover Workplace Creature. If you play Workplace Creature or run it for your team, the Workplace Creature privacy notice applies: mycelios.co/game-privacy.
What we collect
- When you contact us or send feedback: your email address, the topic you choose, and anything you add, such as your name, company, role and message. Only your email address is required. We ask for company and role only to send your message to the right person. Please don't include health information or details about other people. We don't need them to reply.
- When you sign up for updates: your email address, your name if you give it, and which updates you chose (for example, Too Much / Not Enough or Workplace Creature). We also record when you signed up and which version of this notice you saw.
- When you visit: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don't keep a record of individual visits, and we don't use this information to identify you.
How we use it
- To reply to you, and to arrange a demo if you ask for one.
- To send the updates you chose, and nothing else.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or build profiles of visitors.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own. It doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it doesn't load fonts, images or scripts from other companies' servers. Cloudflare may set a security cookie only if it needs to check that a visitor isn't a bot. Because we don't track you, there's nothing to accept or decline, and a "Do Not Track" signal from your browser changes nothing. If we ever add analytics or other cookies, we'll update this notice first and ask for your agreement where the law requires it.
Who handles it for us
These providers process information for us under contract, and may use it only to provide their service:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, and storing form submissions.
- Resend: sending our emails.
- Google (Google Workspace): our email inbox.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We'll update this list before adding a provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Messages and feedback: 12 months after our last reply, then deleted.
- Email updates: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
- After you unsubscribe: we delete your details within 30 days. We keep only a coded version of your email address, so we don't add you again by mistake.
- Technical logs from form submissions: 3 days.
- Cloudflare's own processing of visitor information follows Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We act on it within 10 business days.
- You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email contact@myceliosgames.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
- Using these rights won't affect how we treat you.
- Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Age
This website is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
Keeping it safe
Only the people who answer messages and run the site can see what you send, along with the providers listed above. We use encrypted connections and keep as little as we can. No system is completely secure. If a security incident affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Changes
When we update this notice, we'll change the version and date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
